Return Policy

Merchandise Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged item or are unhappy with your order, we offer returns within 30 days of purchase.

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Vinyl records must be unplayed and in original packaging
  • Clothing must have tags attached and be unworn
  • Items purchased on sale cannot be returned

How to Return

  1. Contact us at our email with your order number
  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  3. Ship the item to the address provided
  4. Include a return receipt with your order number and reason for return

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 working days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.

  • Tickets are non-refundable unless an event is cancelled
  • Cancelled events will receive full refunds automatically
  • Postponed events will be honoured at the new date; refunds available if you cannot attend

How to Request a Refund

To request a ticket refund, contact us with your order number and event details. Please allow 5-7 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will investigate and either send a replacement or process a refund at no cost to you. Damaged packaging does not qualify unless the contents are damaged.
